Where do I collect my order?
All online orders are currently available for pickup at Babe Cave, 129A Duncan Street, Georgetown. View on Google Maps
When can I collect?
Regular Orders
Once you've successfully placed your order through our website, your items are reserved and can be collected from Babe Cave during their regular opening hours. You do not need to wait for a separate pickup notification.
Preorders
If your item is marked as a preorder, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before visiting Babe Cave.
Preorder stock is usually available within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is ready, you will be notified.
Babe Cave Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
How long will my order be held?
Regular orders are reserved for 48 hours from the time they are placed.
For preorders, the 48-hour reservation period begins once you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup.
Orders that are not collected within the applicable 48-hour period may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.
Can't collect within 48 hours?
We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to collect your order within the 48-hour reservation period, please contact Babe Cave before your reservation expires to let them know.
Can I just walk in and buy?
Absolutely! You're welcome to stop by Babe Cave and purchase available Little Wants products without placing an online order.
However, stock at Babe Cave may be limited and availability is not guaranteed. If there's something you definitely want, we recommend ordering through our website first so it can be reserved for you.
What should I bring?
Please have your order confirmation or order number available when you arrive so your order can be identified quickly.
